YeMuya Weg is a youth empowerment and enabling initiative born in Ethiopia and expanding across East Africa. Founded by Stenar Trading in 2024, our journey began with one purpose to create pathways where young people can learn, grow, and work with dignity.

We exist to bridge the gap between youth potential and real-world opportunity. Through mentorship, training, and entrepreneurship programs, we help young people gain the skills and confidence to create and access dignified and decent jobs, contribute to their communities, and lead the region toward sustainable growth.
